Namaste welcome back to my channel today I will share how to prepare goat intestine and liver I have already washed the Intestine and I have kept for the boiling this has boiled enough after boiling again I have washed this I have cut it everything to prepare this I have heated the pan Now I will add mustard oil temper 1/2 tsp fennel and carom seeds if you guys don't like the taste of fennel and carom seeds, you can always avoid simply you add add fenugreek seeds add bay leaf as well the oil has heated enough now I am gonna add goat intestine mix it well now add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and salt as per the taste mix it again in a medium flame cook this for 5 minutes now I will make paste for bhutan I have added garlic, ginger, cardamom and Sichuan pepper (timur) in a grinder Sichuan pepper will enhance the taste of bhutan grind it well this is ready now stir it as needed when bhutan look like this I am gonna add 1 tsp cumin and coriander powder 1/2 tsp garam masala powder add 1/2 tsp red chili powder ginger garlic paste mix it well cook this for sometime again add some onion sliced and green chilies saute this with onion and green chilies onion is also cooked now the bhutan is ready to be served hope you guys loved the recipe for more delicious recipes please subscribe my channel please like, share and comment on my videos thank you for watching bye bye
