Welcome to Cooking With Shalini A very happy Janmashtami to all Today we will make Dry fruit Burfi It is Specially made on the Occasion of Krishna Janmashtamiwe serve it to lord Krishna It is quick recipe and very tasty INGREDIENTS MENTIONED ABOVE Lets start making our dry fruit burfi Take 1 small Cup of lotus puff and half cup of Almonds Pistachio for Garnishing We will cut them now Take lotus puff and cut it in small pieces Lotus puff are Ready Now we will cut our Almonds and Pistachios finely Switch on the Flame now Our Pan is nice and hot add 2 spoons of Clarified butter (Desi ghee) in pan Take a plate in which you will keep your Burfiand grease it with Clarified butter Grease it on all sides of the plateso that our burfi comes out nicely Now we will add 1 cup of lotus puff in our pan If you don't want to cut your lotus puffyou can avoid Roast it until Golden brown they will become crispy and crunchy after roasting them Our lotus puff are golden in color now we will take them out now Add 1 spoon of Clarified butter in Pan Reduce the flame Now add Almonds in Pan and Roast them so they come out crispy and nice Roast them to make it crispy Almonds are roasted nice and Crispy we will take them out now switch off the flame for 2 minutes Our Pan is hot Add Mawa in the Pan Crush mawa with help of spoon Mawa should be fresh Switch on the flame now Roast mawa on medium flame Roast it till color changes you can see mawa has the color in golden brown now It is Perfectly Roasted Switch off the flame now and stir it well for 1 minute Add all the dry fruits and lotus puff into mawa Mix it well Add 2 big Spoons of Powdered Sugar in it Give it a good mix Now we will take the pate which we greased and pour all the Burfi batter into it You can see we have shifted it to our plate we will press it nicely and refrigerate it for half hour Put little bit of Clarified butter on your spatula and spread it all over Garnish it with Dry Fruits You can add dry fruits of your choice We added Pistachios and Almonds for Garnishing Burfi is Ready now Now we can serve our burfi prasad to lord Krishna happily Do make this Prasad with my Recipe and do share it with your friends and family Do try this recipe at your home
