namaste and welcome to my channel today i am preparing chhath special recipe called Thekua for thekua, i have taken ½ kg whole wheat flour i am boiling 1 and ½ cup of water in a pan to make a dough for thekua i am adding about 100 gm jaggery you can add more or less jaggery as per your taste we will have to cook jaggery for about 10 minutes i will add two tbsp Ghee in this jaggery water wait until the ghee is melted now Add ½ cup shredded coconut in the whole wheat flour Add ½ tsp cardamom powder Add chopped Dates (3-4 pieces) Mix the wheat flour with Jaggery water add water little bu little to make a soft dough this dough is now ready cover the dough with lid and keep it for half an hour this dough looks ready after half an hour i have taken a little bit of dough and i will give it a shape you can also give some design with fork or some other utienciles i will more more thekua like this i have heated the pan in the oil to make thekua now i will fry it in the oil until it is a golden brown color you will need to flip it over now this thekua is ready i will make more now i have make all the thekua hope you like my recipe for more recipe like this, please don't forget to subscribe and also like share and comment as well thank you for watching bye bye
