We'll put 2 tbsp cuddapah almonds We'll fry them for a minute Now, we'll put them in a jar The dry fruits are nicely fried We'll take the pan And add 2 tbsp of ghee (clarified butter)

I have taken 5 slice bread You can take 5 or 6 Usually, people cut the sides of the bread But I won't cut it I use the entire slice

I'll cut them into small pieces The ghee is ready We'll lower the flame and add the pieces of bread into it We'll nicely fry them And add 1 tbsp ghee

You can use white bread or brown bread We have to sauté it until the bread cones get crispy The bread cones are getting crispy Now, we'll add 1 1/2 cup of milk We'll mash the pieces of bread

The bread has absorbed the milk entirely If you want you can add more milk Keep the gas flame low We'll add 1/4 cup sugar You can add sweetness in taste as per your preference

Some people prefer it sweeter so you can add as per that Now, we'll add 2-3 crushed cardamom We'll mix it nicely We'll add fried dry fruits We'll mix them nicely

In the end, we'll add saffron which we have mixed it with milk Our bread pudding is ready We'll serve it now Our quick and instant bread pudding is ready Please make it and let us know about your recipe
