mrunalineecom Today we will make Tala Bara ( Palm Fruit Vada ) Make it at home by following the process I hope you will love this recipe Hit Like and Share the video Also press the bell icon next to the Subscribe button to get the notification of our latest videos Let's start today's recipe We need all these ingredients for making this dish Palm Fruit ( Tala ) – 2 cups of Juice ( or 2 nos ) Remove the skins and pulp of palm fruit ( like shown in the video ) then you will get smooth juice like this Raw Rice – 250 gm ( or 2 cups ) Soak the rice for 15 minutes and then dry it out under the fan ( for 15-20 minutes only ) Then Grind the dried rice into fine powder Powdered sugar ( or whole sugar ) Salt And Oil to fry Cook the Palm fruit juice first on low-medium flame It's been 8-10 minutes now ** Do not cook it much ** ** The consistency should be like this ( semi-thick ) ** ** Do not add water while cooking it ** Turn off the flame And cool it down for sometime It has cooled now Add salt as per taste ( a very little ) Added 3 tbsp rice powder first Add rice powder upto this consistency ( here I have added total 1 cup or 150 gm of rice powder ) Put 2 tbsp powdered sugar ( or you can also skip the sugar ) ** Cooked palm fruit juice can be stored in the refrigerator for 1 day only ( without adding salt, sugar and rice powder ) ** Ready to fry now Oil has medium hot now Carefully fry the tala bara on medium flame ** Put the batter in the oil by adding a little water on palm ** Now all the bara has turned to golden brown It is ready now Fry the remaining in the same way Our super tasty Tala Bara ( Palm fruit Vada ) are ready now Serve it when it is cooled down completely It can also be keep in the room temperature for next day So try this recipe at home And share with us your experience in the comment section below Thank you See you soon in my next video You could subscribe my channel by clicking on this face icon
