Welcome to our channel MY FIRST VIEW Today we are going to make Diwali special "ATHIRASAM" recipe I've taken water soaked Raw Rice and allowing it to dry a little Raw rice should be water soaked for atleast an hour before drying it Lets grind it in a mixer grinder It is like a fine powder now I'm adding 3/4 cup of Jaggery in 1/2 Cup of water The ratio is 1 Cup of Rice : 3/4 Cup of Jaggery The consistency of Jaggery Syrup should be like this The Jaggery Syrup is ready now Lets turn off the flame now Add a pinch of salt Add hand crushed Cardamom powder Add a pinch of Dry ginger powder Add the raw rice powder little by little Add a tea spoon of ghee in this stage The sweet dough consistency should be like this Transfer this to a container and allow it to rest for 2 days You can see the dough after 2 days Make a lemon size ball and flaten it using a edible plastic paper Make a hole in center Dip it in white sesame seeds Fry it in a slow flame Change it to the other side after 20 seconds Squeeze it like this The Athirasam is ready to be served now If you like this recipe please LIKE, SHARE & SUBSCRIBE to our channel
