Today we are going to see fried rice ladoo (pori vilanga urundai) Ingredients Add 1 & 1/2 cup of Boiled rice (idli rice) into a pan Dry roast it Keep the stove in medium flame stir continuously until it roast completely Roasted well Transfer into a plate Add 1/2 cup of moong dal into the pan Stir well continuously until it roast well Roasted well, transfer it The roasted rice and dal are so hot, leave it to cool completely Add 2 tsp of ghee into the pan Add 1/4 cup of dried coconut pieces (if not available add fresh cocunut also) Roast it Once it roasted, add 1/4 cup of roasted channa dal Roast it Add 1/4 cup of roasted peanut Roasted well, keep it aside Add a roasted rice and dal into mixer jar and grind it finely Sieve the ground powder Add the roasted coconut mix into the ground mix Mix it Keep aside Add 1&1/2 cup of jaggery into vessel and keep it on stove Add some water to make a syrup once the jaggery dissolved, filter it Add dried ginger and elachi powder Once we reach one string consistency switch off the flame Add the filtered jaggery syrup into the mix Mix well with a ladle Now it's in lukewarm stage, mix it with hand Make a balls at lukewarm stage If it gets cold it can't roll Now the fried rice balls are ready to serve Click 👍 subscribe 🔔 and share
