ingredients needed for mutton dum briyani choped onion 400gm shambar onion 250gm we are going to blend it Kashmiri chilli powde r40gm coriander powder 60gm some amount of cinnamom,cardamom,bay leaf,cloves turmeric powder 1 tablespoon Ginger-Garlic paste 300gm lemon juice 3 tablespoon milk 100gm we are adding to reduce the sour taste for spice we took green chilli we have splitted it oil as required ghee 40gm mint and coriander one bunch tomato 400gm secret briyani masala, this one is homemade masala let's see how to prepare this briyani masala ingredients needed for biriyani masala bayleaf 6pcs we are saying the masala prepartion for one and half chicken and one and half rice dry chilli 10pcs cloves 15gm cashewnuts 4pcs coriander 4tablespoon cinnamon 10gm Star Anise 3pcs cardamom 12pcs Fennel seeds 2tablespoon cumin seeds 1tablespoon pepper 1tablespoon stone flower 4pcs so we are going to saute it in slow flame and blend it while blending itself you could able to get a good flavour everytime while you plan to do briyani means prepare this masalam first this is secrete masala for Briyani when it turns it brown means made it dry and blend it Basmathi rice – one and half kg Mutton-one and half kg Let's begin to do our delicious recipe well charcoal stove is ready well the vessel is heated we are adding oil next add some Ghee with it next add the whole garam masala its frying well after frying we are adding green chilli the spice will rise in oil as well as in rice saute it well next add the chopped onion well cut it very thin Aww!! we could able to get the cloves,cinnamon flavours that's only the real flavour of briyani well saute the onion slowly saute until the onion turns into brown color while we are going to boil the rice separately and only we are going to add to this masala for begginers this briyani will be so easy to prepare why because means they dont know the exact quantity of water so that may cause to over cook or not boiled completely if you boil and mix means you will get your delicious briyani absolutaely perfect well if you want your onion to be brown means you can fry the onion separately and add to it even fried onion will give a delcious taste in Andhra style they will add only fried onions now we are adding the blended shambar onion saute it well well in main ingredient we din't show one thing without that we can't eat this recipe hope so no one noticed that well try to find that!!! did you guys got it!! ” A food without SALT is destined to bin” we din't show the recipes hero in the ingredient session i don't know how many of you found that so we are adding some salt we are having Rock salt we have slightly grinded the sea salt into powder and kept next Ginger-Garlic paste saute it well saute it until tha raw flavour goes off charcoal stove is having a good heat so we could able to get tha flavour of the ginger-garlic even we could able to get all spices flavour next add the chopped mint and corriander leaf don't put all the leaf mix well well now we are going to mix the masala add turmeric powder next chilli powder next coriander powder next add chopped tomatoes and the special ingredient now is blended Briyani Masala add some water it has been sauted well now we will add the mutton pieces wow!! it looks so pretty so in mutton itself juice will be extracted so we will cook in that mutton juice so that flavour enter into the pieces so we would able to get good aroma we could able to get blissful flavour mutton is getting cooked we could able to get good smell so now we are going to add water boil it now we are adding 1/4 litre curd well it's boiled well now we are adding milk well its boiling well we could able to get a good flavour well see the consistancy so cook it for 20mins well 10mins is over well our mutton is not cooked completely guys do repeatedly check the mutton so 20mins is over next we are adding lemon juice well 25mins over aww!! meat has been cooked well well next we will boil the rice let we keep it aside we have kept the water, let it boil well add oil add salt as required it should be like salt water, so check to it colour is optional only well we are adding colour well water has boiled well rinse the rice 2 to 3 times add the rice so we are going to prepare 2 layer so we took some gravy along with pieces as same as corriander and mint leaf roughly chopped we made ghee ready and some onions we have deep fried it onion should be in this colour well in bottom put some fried onions atleast the rice should be boiled for 75% super rice we have only if it is cooked for 70% its easy to cook in dum for remaining 30% well guys see how we are adding the first layer after adding the first layer add some gravy with meat on top next mint and coriander leaf next ghee next fried onion well the 2nd layer add the remaining gravy next ghee and fried onions then mint and coriander leaf next put into dum arrange briquettes like this leave it for 15mins in dum well 15mins is over aww!!!
