Ingrediants: 1Semolina /suji rava/ Bombay Rava-1 cup 2

water-3 cups 3Raw peanuts-1/2 cup 4salt to taste 5Tomato (medium size)-1 6Lemon – 1 number 7

Ginger small piece 8chopped green chilli-4 9CASHEW NUTS – 20g 10chopped onion (medium size)-1 11oil-5 to 6 tbs 12

Ghee 2-3 tbs Temparing Ingrediants: 1Chana dal-1tbs 2Dried Red chillie – 1 number 3curry leaves 4Urad dail-1tbs 5

mustard seeds-1/2tbs 6Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp METHOD:- 1Heat ghee in a thick bottomed pan,add cashew nuts ,peanuts and make fry, then transfer into a plate and keep a side 2Now add rava into it and make fry, then transfer into a plate and keep a side

3Heat oil in a pan,then add Chopped Onion,add chopped chillies, add chopped ginger, chopped tomoto,curry leaves ,Turmeric powder, add salt and water bring it to boil add fried semolina/sooji slowly stirring continously so to avoid lumps mix well when all moisture is absorbed cover for 5 min 4Finally add Lemon juice& mix it well and garnish with coriander 5serve hot with Palli coconut chutney chutney / Curry leaves Powder
