CONGRATULATIONS, SIR! THAT'S GOOD STUFF! I UNDERSTAND YOU'RE COOKING FOR US THE LATEST CREATION LIME ZEST POTATO WEDGES IS THAT RIGHT? YES TEACH ME! SO FIRST YOU HAVE TO CUT UP THE POTATOES THAT'S A BIG KNIFE THERE, SIR! BUT YOU GOT IT SO WE SLICE POTATOS AND THEN WHAT'S NEXT? WE PUT THE POTATOES IN A HOT PAN

THEN I CHANGE IT UP AND DID YOUR OWN SPIN TO IT THIS IS WHERE WE GET THOSE IN THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO TO HELP BECAUSE I'M HERE IF YOU NEED ME [ LAUGHING ]YOU GOT IT OBVIOUSLY

YOU'RE GOOD! YOU'RE GOOD! SO WE ADD ALL THE POTATOS AND HOW LONG DO THEY COOK FOR? 23 MINUTES NOT LONG AT ALL! AND ONE MINUTE ON EACH SIDE AND MOSTLY THIN AND SLICING THEM PRETTY THINLY IS A GOOD THING AND THAT WAY THEY DON'T HAVE TO TAKE TOO LONG TO COOK I WOULD SAY THINLY SLICED AND PUT IT IN THERE AND LET THEM COOK 1 OR 2 MINUTES PER SIDE? YEAH UPON>> ANCHOR: AND THEN WHAT'S NEXT? YOU HAVE TO MAKE YOUR SALT AND PEPPER SEASONING

YES AND THEN ZEST THE LIME FOR THAT CITRUSY FLAVOR YOU HAVE QUITE A BIT OF SHAVINGS IN THERE ALREADY AND DO YOU PUT ON THA* ON AFTER THEY COOK OR WHILE THEY'RE COOKING? BOTH AND THEN YOU COMBINE THE LIME ZEST, SALT AND PEPPER
