Baked Pumpkin Mac & Cheese Recipe – Cooking with Bosch



Pumpkin Mac & Cheese Pre-heat Oven to 180 degree celcius in 'Fan Mode' Boil 400g of Macaroni Pasta Cut off the Lid of the Pumpkin Next, remove the Seeds inside Chop 10g of White Onions Cut the Emmental Cheese into small pieces Add 2 Tablespoons of Vegetable Oil to a Lightly Heated Pan Fry 10g of Chopped White Onions till they soften Add in 2 Stalks of Fresh Thyme 50g of Butter Allow the Butter to melt Add in 200g of Emmental Cheese 400ml of Whipping Cream Stir the Ingredients together until they have all melted Add Salt Pepper Gradually whisk the Mixture till it simmers and thickens Stir constantly Take the Sauce off the heat Add 400g of Boiled Macaroni to the Sauce Stir to ensure that every Macaroni is well-coated with Cheese Pour the Macaroni & Sauce into the Cored Pumpkin Add 40g of Parmesan Cheese Bake the Pumpkin for 30 Minutes until the Sauce turns golden and bubbles Garnish with Freshly Cracked Black Pepper Extra Virgin Olive Oil Chopped Parsley
