BANANA KHEER / PAYASAM I hope you like this recipe if you like please do subscribe and send your tips and suggestions to improve my channel ingredients jaggery – 150 grams clarified butter / ghee – 2 table spoons milk – 500 ml sabudana / sago – 50 grams ripen bananas – 3 cardamom powder – 1 tea spoon dry fruits:- Kaju, raisins & dry coconut with these ingredients we are going to make BANANA KHEER / PPAYASAM ripen bananas are good for this recipe first in the process put a vessel on the stove add soaked sago and water and boil it while sago is boiling keep a kadai on the other side add ghee add dry fruits after frying now remove these to a plate add banana pieces fry banana pieces in ghee when banana is fried add jaggery mix both together when jaggery is melted add boiled sago after boiling for 2 minutes by adding sago now add milk after adding milk now keep the lid and boil it 3 minutes after 3 minutes now add cardamom powder & ghee fried dry fruits now switch off the stove now our tasty Traditional Naivadyam recipe which is south Indian special BANANA KHEER / PAYASAM I hope you like this recipe if you like please do subscribe and send your tips and suggestions to improve my channel THANK YOU NAMASTHE
