Soak rice in water for one hour Boil 2 cups of water Add 1 teaspoon of salt Add strained rice to boiling water Boil the rice for about five minutes till they are tender sprinkle 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds Cover and leave to simmer for about five minutes Check the rice is cooked You may like to add a tablespoon of butter Enjoy
