1 Cup of Tulsi / Holy Basil leaves Juice from a lemon 1/2 Cup pre-soaked Cashew Nuts Add 1/4 tsp salt if you are using unsalted or raw nuts 1/4 Cup Olive Oil

1 – 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup or sugar (depends on how sweet you want it!) 1/4 cup Vegetable Stock or water Tomatoes air-fried at max temp 3 minutes Searing the Cauliflower steaks Light balsamic vinegar dressing

Salt Olive Oil Garlic Powder Onion Powder Paprika Thats it! Then bake at 400F/200C for 20 minutes or 15 minutes max temp in the Air Frier, or until the center stem feels soft when poked with a fork

Drizzle lemon to complete
