Hello, Welcome to Suman’s Kitchen Today we will make Chicken Curry We will cook it in a very easy & simple method we have taken a small full chicken it is approximately one Kg lets marinate this first to marinate we'll add ½ tsp Red chilli powder ½ tsp turmeric powder ½ tsp Salt or as per Taste Now we'll add 1 tbsp fresh ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp of Mustered seed oil Now, Mix it properly Spices should be well coated on the chicken Mix it well I suggest to cook this curry in mustered oil you will love the taste Mixing is done Now cover it & keep this in the fridge for 1 hour So that its get well marinated The other ingredients that we need are 2 dried red Chili 7- 8, Black pepper 4 Clove Piece of cinnamon stick ( 1 inch ) 1 Black cardamom 2 Bay leaf 1 Mace (Javitri ka phool) 3 medium size onion 1 Tomato Fresh coriander leaves 4 Green Chilies and we have taken 1 tablespoon fresh ginger garlic paste ½ tsp turmeric powder ½ tsp Red chilli powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tbsp Roasted cumin Seeds powder 1 tsp Degi Mirch powder ½ tsp Garam Masala Powder ½ tsp Salt or as per taste We have already added salt while marinating so keep this in mind Let’s start cooking Delicious Chicken Curry take a pan and heat it add 2 tbsp of Mustered oil keep the flame high I have taken a mustered oil you can also use refined oil Oil is heated now turn the flame low Its time to add 2 bay leaf 1 Mace (Javitri ka phool) 1 Black cardamom, cinnamon stick, 2 Dried Red chilli Break this in to pieces Also add clove & black pepper stir it once Now we'll add chopped onions fry this on medium flame until it’s get light brown Constantly stir this to make delicious chicken curry I suggest you use heavy bottom deep pan We have fried this mixture for 6-7 minutes on medium flame its looking like light golden brown as you can see Now we'll add fresh ginger garlic paste Salt Mix it we'll fry this for two more minute Stir constantly fry this nicely to make good chicken curry two minutes are over – we have fried it Now we will add marinated chicken there is still time to add the remaining spices add chicken first Nicely mix it fry this for five minutes on medium flame Stir in between after five minute we'll add few spices Tomato also five minutes are over we have fried this Now we'll create some space keep the flame medium Now we'll add the remaining spice into this oil turmeric powder Red chilli powder coriander powder Roasted cumin Seeds powder Deggi Mirch powder – this will give nice colour to chicken curry We'll add Garam Masala later mix it now add chopped tomato mix this Tomato need to be added at this stage only Mix

Mix Fry this for one and half minute on medium flame stir constantly we are done with one and half minute of frying spices are well mixed in the chicken Now cover it for two minute keep the flame medium cover it, so that tomato get soften two minutes are over, lets check stir it once Now we'll add two cup of hot water not boiling water Stir it I have added two cup of water if you want little more you can add more but two cup is sufficient for this We'll Cover it again let it cook on low flame for 15 minutes 15 minutes are over, time to check it Stir this Now cook it for more 5 more minutes Without covering it so that the gravy will get little more thick done with five minutes turn of the gas Now add Garam Masala powder Green chilies Fresh green chopped coriander leaves Give this mix and it’s almost done now it's so yummy smelling!!
