Cooking with Bosch Cookie Cup Shooters with Matcha, Oreo Cheesecake and Strawberry Fillings Part 1: Cookie Cup Base Insert the Paddle Attachment to the Kitchen Machine Cream 100g of Butter till it turns light and fluffy Add 150g of Dark Brown Sugar 75g of Eggs 280g of Sieved Plain Flour 5g of Baking Soda 4g of Salt Stire the ingredients till they turn into a smooth and sticky consistency Mix 210g of Milk Chocolate Chips into the Dough Mixture Cling wrap the Cookie Dough Chill it Cut the Dough up Roll the Dough into portions of 60g each Line the Cookie Dough into the mould Place a Cork wrapped in foil in the centre of each mould Bake the dough at 170 degree celsius for 20 Minutes in "4D Hot Air" mode Remove the corks and unmould the Cookie Cups Refrigerate the Cookie Cups Part 2: Cookie Cup Lining Place a metal bowl over a pot of boiling water Melt 230g of Milk Chocolate Chips Over another bain-marie, add 130g of White Chocolate Chips Add 20g of Butter Stir till the White Chocolate Chips and Butter are melted Line the Cookie Cups with the Melted Chocolate Set the Lined Cookie Cups in the fridge Part 3: Oreo Cheesecake Filling Remove the Cream Fillings from 100g of Oreo Cookies Blend the Oreo Cookies Mix in 50g of Cream Cheese Pour 200ml of Whipping Cream into a pot Add the Cheese and Oreo Mixture Warm the Mixture Part 4: Matcha Filling Pour 200ml of Whipping Cream into a pot Add 4g of Green Tea Powder Whisk the Mixture over heat till the Green Tea Powder is fully dissolved Part 5: Strawberry Filling Cook 180g of Fresh Strawberries in a pot Add 1 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice 30g of Brown Sugar Cook till the Strawberries are soft and tender Blend the ingredients with a Hand Blender Pour the fillings into the Cookie Cups
