1 cup moong dal (soaked overnight) blend it roughly make sure do not blend it finely beat it continuously to make pakoda fluffy I beat it for about 5 minutes now add 1/2 tablespoon salt / as per taste add 1 tablespoon chopped green chili add 1/4 tablespoon turmeric powder add 1 tablespoon cumin seeds (crushed) add some coriander leaves mix it well continue mixing for about 2 minutes now add pinch of baking soda mix it again now heat up oil check by adding drop of our batter it came up quickly, means ready for fry you can drop the small amount of batter with your hand or you can also use spoon to drop batter into oil fry it (about few minutes) until color changes to lite brown our pakoda is ready to eat Thank you for watching
