Hello everyone my self Beena and welcome to my channel Tangy kitchen Today we will make Paneer cutlet We add lots of vegetables So that cutlet is healthy Paneer and vegetables are healthy 200- GM PANEER ONION- 2 TBSP CARROT- 2 TBSP DRY BREAD CRUMS- 3/4 CUP POTATO- 1 BOILED CORIANDER LEAVES- 1/4 CUP CABBAGE- 2 TBSP CORN FLOUR- 1 TBSP BESAN- 3 TBSP CHAAT MASALA – 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER- 1/4 TSP RED CHILLY POWDER- 1/2 TSP SALT TO TASTE GREEN CHILLY- 1 AND GINGER SMALL OIL AS NEEDED Put a kadai on gas add 1- tbsp oil in it Oil is heated now add onion Roast till they become light pink in colour After 2- minutes onion become light pink in colour Add grated carrot and cabbage Add green chilly and ginger paste Add turmeric powder Add red chilly powder Mix well and keep the flame slow Cook for 2- minutes Off the gas and take out subji into a plate for cool down Subji is cool down Add chopped coriander leaves Add chaat masala Add potato Add salt to taste Smashed potato Add besan Add cool down vegetables Mix well Dough is ready for cutlet For making cutlet Take medium lemon size dough Make round cutlet like tikki Put it into a plate Cutlet is ready now Add little water into corn flour Make thin slurry Take cutlet and put it into corn flour slurry Coat properly Coat with dry bread crums After coating put it into plate Prepare left over cutlet same way Put oil for heat Oil is heated now Put one by one cutlet for fry We need hot oil for fry Keep the flame medium Fry till they become golden brown and crisp Flip cutlet
