Hello everyone my self Beena and welcome to my channel Tangy kitchen Today we will make Suji potato fingers Which is crisp from outer layer and soft from inside You can serve it as a starter You can also serve as a snacks Let's start making suji potato fingers POTATO- 4 BOILED SEMOLINA- 1/2 CUP CORIANDER LEAVES- 1/2 CUP GINGER – SMALL (PASTE) GREEN CHILLY- 4 CHOPPED SALT TO TASTE OIL AS NEEDED Let's start making Suji fingers Preparation suji dough Put a kadai on gas Add 1/2 cup water Put for boiling Water is boiling now and keep the flame slow Mix well You can semolina absorb water Off the gas and close the lid and put for 2 minutes After 2 minutes check semolina Semolina became soft Add semolina dough into boiled potato bowl Add chopped coriander leaves Add ginger Add salt to taste Add green chilly Mix well For making fingers Take small lemon size dough and make long and thin roll Put finger into a plate Prepare left over finger same way Put oil for heat Oil is heated now we need hot oil for fry Put one by one finger into oil Fry till they become golden brown and crisp Check fingers Fingers became golden brown and crisp Take out into a plate Prepare left over fingers same way Suji potato fingers are ready Serve with tomato ketch up You can serve it with green chutney You surely try it at home Give me feedback If you like my video than LIKE and SHARE with your friends SUBSCRIBE for more recipes Will you meet again THANK YOU BYE
