Dahi Snacks Recipe in Hindi by Indian Food Made Easy



Dahi Snacks is a easy and quick recipe which takes about 10 to 15 minutes to cook These are all the ingredients required to make dahi snacks To begin making dahi snacks add 150 grams of curd in a bowl Whisk to make it creamy Add one spoon of semolina 6 to 7 chopped curry leaves 6 to 7 chopped mint leaves One fine chopped green chilli Quarter spoons turmeric powder And add half spoon or asper taste salt and mix everything together Now add about four spoons of all purpose flour If you don't have semolina, you can use rice flour as well Similarly if you don't wish to use all purpose flour, you can use wheat flour instead We are adding a little water to thinner the consistency of this mixture Lastly we are adding half spoon of baking powder to this so these snacks could get spongy texture If you don't have baking powder, you can use eno instead A perfect mixture is ready for making dahi snack To fry these dahi snacks add some cooking oil in a hot pan When oil heats up add mixture to hot oil with your hands and fry them Don't spread them too much so they could get in round shape When they are a little cooked, flip and fry from other side too Frying for about three minutes at medium-high heat, when they get golden brown in colour, they are ready to serve Take them out on a absorbing paper so all the extra oil could be absorbed Serve these tasty and soft dahi snacks with tomato ketchup and hot chai If you liked my video then press the like button below Do subscribe to my channel Do press the bell icon so you don't miss any of my new videos Thank you
