welcome to recipes in my way today we are going to make deepavali special tasty and healthy laddu now we can see how to make this and the ingredients required for this add 2 tablespoon ghee in a pan ghee is hot now we can fry some cashews and dry grapes in the same pan add 350 gram grated carrot and fry this well for 5 minutes till it becomes dry these are fried now we can add 150 gram sugar you can add sugar as you wish we should mix this continuously for 2-3 minutes it will become as a liquid at this stage add 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder, 1 pinch salt salt is your wish fry this until the syrup dries at this state we can add the fried cashews and grapes add 100 gram grated paneer and mix that well after adding paneer mix this for just 1 minute if you want this dry fry for a while this is enough now we can cool this our carrot paneer laddu is ready apply some oil or ghee and make the rounds as required the amount we took will be enough for 12 laddu try this easy and tasty carrot laddu for this deepavali in same manner and same scale
