Hello Greetings, my name is Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi, On this festival occasion I am making an Energy Bar for you, which is very interesting You can cut in a shape of barfi or bars, it is very healthy & very enjoyable in eating and many healthy ingredients will go in this bar

First of all, I am taking Flax Seeds, we will dry roast the 1/4th cup of Flax Seeds, and along with that I have 1 cup of Pumpkin Seeds, dry roast all the ingredients, if you will roast the Flax Seeds for a while you will get a different taste, generally you cannot eat it easily, you have to treat it like we are doing here, roast it So we will roast it for a while approximately for 2-3 minutes, now when the seeds starts popping up at that time you can understand it is ready, next step, add 1 cup of Oats, 1/2 cup of Sesame Seeds, roast all the ingredients So the ingredients are ready, you can grind it Grind it coarsely, till the time you are grinding it, keep the water in a pan to boil, 2 cups of Water Here can you see it should be grinned this way, the pumpkin seeds are also grinned well and other nuts like Flax Seeds & Sesame Seeds, that also is grinned well & Oats are also grinned I will keep this mixture aside & will add 1 1/2 cup of soft chopped Dates in boiling Water, the binding will come from Dates only in the bars, that is why dates should be very soft, and if you want you can soak the dates in water before and after that boil it
