Today we are making chick pea pulao We will make chick pea broth first

add tomatoes and ginger slices When tomatoes are soft add chick pea and broth add all spice powder cook it on high flame At this stage check the rice if they need more time to cook then put on the dum to simmer on low flame This is the perfect stage to put on the cover, turn the flame low let it cook for 5 to 6 minutes
