Easy way to cook ragi mudda with little millets(సామలు) in cooker(with english subtitles)



i will be showing how to do ragi mudda with millets and ragi powder easily in cooker To the new learners you can do ragi mudda easily in cooker This dish is rayala seema special and very healthy now lets jump into the process Following are the ingredients: ingredient 1:millets(Little millets) CLean these millets in water and soak them in water for 8 hours ratio is 1 glass millets:4 glasses water and soak them for 8 hours as said earlier ingredient 2 : Ragi powder(1 glass millets:3 glasses Ragi powder) ingredient 3 : Salt Lets proceed and do Ragi mudda in cooker Take the soaked millets keep in cooker and turn on the stove till you get 3 whistles then turn off the stove No i am showing it with millets but you can try with rice too

but the process is same as millets are healthier than rice to consume so i am showing with millets now after 3 whistles in cooker, millets will become like this then pour 6 glasses of water now add salt to the mixture and turn on the stove and when it is boiling add ragi powder even for the rice measurments and process is same after adding ragi powder keep the lid of cooker and turn on the cooker till you get one whistle once its done the mixture will look like this take any stirrer and start mixing it slowly and mix everything take it in to any bowl which has some ghee applied on walls of bowl and roll it this way till you get a Ragi ball and it is ready to serve you can have it with mango pappu or peanut chutney if you like this video, please like and share it with your friends and subscribe to our channel Thankyou!!
