Eggnog, Bread and Butter Pudding Recipe – Cooking with Bosch



Eggnog Bread & Butter Pudding Pre-heat the Oven to 165 degree celcius in 'Fan Mode' Fill the Baking Tray with Water Whisk 160g of Eggs with MultiTalent Food Processor Add 50g of Sugar Add 5g of Vanilla Extract 2g of Nutmeg Powder 2g of Cinnamon Powder Whisk the Ingredients well Add 200g of Milk 250g of Whipping Cream Mix the Ingredients well and set them aside Brush the Muffin Pan with 2 Tablespoons of Softened Butter Cut 5 Large Pain au Chocolat into small pieces Line the pieces of Pain au Chocolat on the Pan Strain the Egg Mixture with a Sieve Stir 15g of Rum into the Mixture Pour the Mixture into the muffin pan till it reaches the rim Bake the Eggnog & Pudding in the Oven for 20 minutes Select 'Fan Mode' and use a waterbath underneath
