Welcome to Cooking With Shalini Today we will make stuffed poppers which can be eaten during fast you can have it in Breakfast INGREDIENTS MENTIONED ABOVE Lets start it add 1 cup of Barnyard Millet (Sama Rice) in jar add 2 spoons of Tapioca Sago (Sabudana) and Grind it after Grindingadd the mixture in pan add 1 cup of water mix it wellflame should be on low stir it continuously on low flame so the water dries water is dried properly high the flame for half minute after half minute shift it in a bowl let it cool down add more than 1/3rd spoon of rock salt 1/3rd spoon black pepper half spoon finely chopped Ginger 1 small Green Chili finely chopped mix it well unsweetened fuliya (taken during fast) 2 and a half spoon mix it well let it cool down lets start making our stuffing now take a bowl and add 1 cup mashed Cottage Cheese add pinch of rock salt a pinch of black pepper half spoon powdered sugar 1 spoon peanuts mix it well Take Sama Rice batter and add curd into it 1 spoon of curd mix it well keep it aside for 5 miutes make medium size balls curd is Optional take batter in your hands and press it in between to add the stuffing make medium size balls now we will fry them on high flame add all the poppers in it let it crisp make sure after adding curd to your batter batter should not be soft turn the side Poppers are ready to enjoy during fasts very easy and quick stuffed poppers are ready very tasty and quick fasting poppers are ready to eat Do try this recipe and share your Views with us do share, like and subscribe to my channel for more new recipes
