Namashkar, this is Rekha Kakkar from mytastycurry In today’s episode I am going to share another popular Indochinese Recipe which is Schezwan Egg Fried Rice As we all know the Indochinese food which we get in the market or restaurant is quite oily It’s oily but we have to agree that it’s tasty too

So, in today’s episode I am going to make Indochinese recipe of fried rice which is lesser oily but I will try to keep the taste profile to the same So, let’s start cooking As usual, before we start the recipe if you like this video please give it a thumbs up share it with your friends and family and do leave me a comment if you have any feedback So, let’s begin the recipe For making this I have heated two-to-three (2-3) tablespoons of oil in the pan Now, bring the heat to the medium and add two-to-three (2-3) tablespoons of red onion and two-to-three (2-3) tablespoons of spring onion and green bell peppers

To the pan I am also adding finely chopped cabbage carrots french beans and fresh corns as well Now, you have to take care to saute them on high-heat Do not overcook the veggies because we do not want soggy veggies So, in any good indochinese veggies have slight bite to it Now, our vegetables are sautéed I am going to add rest of the ingredients and before that I am going to reduce the heat to the medium again

I have added chopped ginger garlic paste and chopped chilies Garlic paste is optional if you want to use it-use it if you don’t like the taste of garlic as many of you have asked me you can just skip it Now saute all of these for a minute and add one teaspoon of red chilli powder add two tablespoons of soy sauce one tablespoon green chilli sauce and two tablespoons of Szechuan sauce or Schezwan sauce Just keep stirring them and now before adding the salt taste the veggies because sauces already have some salt so add salt accordingly whenever you use all these sauces before adding salt always taste it because sauces already have some salt in them, so add salt accordingly After adding salt stir them nicely to mix and now add 3 whole eggs You can use eggs like this also or just whip them slightly and add to the pan

This is your choice So, now I am going to scramble these eggs with the veggies for 2-3 minutes on medium heat till they start to look like this Eggs are about to set now its time to add cooked rice You can use freshly cooked rice but it tastes better with the days old rice So, its a great way to use leftover rice Now, all you need to do is lightly mix everything till rice is heated through

Our Schezwan Fried Rice is ready to serve I am going to add it in a nice bowl garnish it with some green stems of spring onion and I am going to serve it hot with some paneer chilli or you can serve it with Veg Manchurian All these recipes are available on my channel and I hope you will enjoy this nice hot bowl of schezwan fried rice which is not too oily and tastes just like market minus the oil Thank you so much for watching the video if you like it you know what to do and do subscribe to my channel I will see you with another recipe in the next episode, till then happy cooking
