Fish Korma Recipe ll with English Subtitles ll Cooking with Benazir



Peace be upon you Today we are making Fish Korma It is a very easy recipe and delicious too So let us start

I have taken 6 pcs of pomfret fish washed them thoroughly and dried them Now we will sprinkle some salt over them I have nicely sprinkled salt over all the pieces Now i will fry them keep the flame on high while frying

Please make sure that the fish pcs are dry if they contain water then the oil will splash and you may get burns hence be careful while frying after frying them on one side for 2 to 3 minutes we will turn them we will fry the other side too on a high flame for 2 to 3 minutes They are fried, now we will remove them on a paper towel

Let us make the korma masala We remove the seeds of the chillies first Remove the seeds this way then we will soak them in warm water for 15 minutes I have soaked them in warm water for 15 minutes so it will be easier to make a paste of them we will transfer the chillies along with the water in another bowl

Make a fine paste of it we are using the same oil in which we fried the fish we will add the spices in it fry for half a minute add the chillii paste that we made

cook on a low flame Till then we will add fried onions to curd use half cup fried onions you can fry two onions and use i have used readymade you also can if you want make a fine paste in mixer Spices are cooked well The oil too has separated add the onion curd paste here

Add half cup water here let it boil on a high flame Stir well lower the flame cover the lid cook for 3 to 4 minutes it has cooked well you can see the oil floating let's make the gravy by adding water Adjust the water quantity according to your need

boil on a high flame it has come to boil now lower the flame and the fish pieces add one by one Stir slowly and carefully so that the fish pieces do not break Cook on a medium flame for about 1 to 2 minute Then it will be ready to serve
