Fresh Peach Pie Recipe | No Bake Desserts 🍑 Easy Potluck Desserts | Cooking Up Love



Today on Cooking Up Love we are making an easy no bake fresh peach pie dessert, starring ripe summer peaches that are thinly sliced and layered between fluffy marshmallow whipped cream and a gingerbread cookie crust If you're new to our channel, we'll show you how to make delicious food you'll be proud to share with friends and family

We believe sharing homemade food spreads joy and touches lives and you're going to spread some wide smiles with this fresh peach pie Sweet fragrant peaches are the key to this icebox pie and the funny thing is, it tastes even better when it's made a day or two ahead of time and that makes it kind of perfect for busy summers, late evening snacks and when guests stop by to say Hi! Here's a quick look at the ingredients and you'll find the recipe in the description box below to start crush about a half package of Lotus this cuff cookies which have kind of a gingerbread flavor pretty much any crunchy cookie will work for this cookie crust graham crackers Oreos vanilla wafers I'm putting the cookies in a ziploc bag and then using a rolling pin to crumble them into a fine crumb you can also use a food processor for this step add a half cup of melted butter and 1/3 cup of sugar to the ziploc bag and mix until all of the crumbs are evenly moistened for most of the crumb mixture into your dish saving about a quarter cup tias of the topping use your fingers or the bottom of a glass to firmly tamp the crumbs into the crust for the peaches peel the skin from five ripe peaches and slice them thinly with a paring knife you can see how juicy these peaches are and they're already really naturally sweet with a deep peach flavor so I'm not adding any sugar or extra liquid because this dessert tastes even better after a day or two in the refrigerator we don't want to add a lot of extra liquid in the fruit layer to make it runny check out our playlist of easy dessert recipes and potluck favorites if you love to entertain you just click the link up in the corner to watch and thank you so much for watching our Channel when you watch comment and share our videos it helps other people find this and your support means so much to us now combine 4 cups of mini marshmallows with a quarter cup of heavy whipping cream it'll be almost 3/4 of the bag of mini marshmallows stir and then microwave on HIGH for about 30 seconds remove it from the microwave and stir to melt all of the marshmallows I had to microwave these one more time in order to melt all of the marshmallows now we're going to let the melted marshmallows and the crust cool in the refrigerator while we make the whipped cream combine 2 cups of cold heavy whipping cream with a quarter cup of granulated sugar in a large bowl and beat until soft peaks formed to make the cooled marshmallow mixture into the whipped cream part the cream and gently pour in the marshmallow sauce then carefully fold the two together so it becomes this pillowy marshmallow cream I'm telling you you will not be able to resist a little taste of this big bowl of luscious vanilla cream ok let's assemble pour a generous scoop onto the cookie crust and spread evenly my cream layers are going to be about an inch and a half deep for an extra special deep dish pie I'm using a round dish with tall sides so that I can make two thick layers of marshmallow whipping cream and sliced peaches in between this recipe will also make two standard pies with thinner layers of marshmallow whipped cream and peaches begin layering it in the peach slices building some up along the outside so the layer shows through and save a couple of peaches for finishing the top of the dish if this is your first time with us we have new recipes every week subscribe and ring the bell so you know when we've posted a new one pour on the remaining marshmallow cream and spread it evenly over the peaches dice and reserve peaches into small pieces and top the pie with cookie crumbs the diced fresh peaches and it's pretty mint chill the pie for at least 30 minutes before serving and remember this scissor is even better after a few days in the fridge it's just so good it's hard to resist I hope you enjoy our classic icebox fresh peach pie it's such a wonderful way to enjoy summer speeches if you like this recipe please give us a thumbs up and share it with a friend thank you so much for watching and I'll see you in the next video
