  6. Kung ayaw nyong mawala ang nutrients pag piniga nyo eh di kainin nyo ng di pinipiga.. tignan ko lang kung makain nyo yan sa pait. Tinuturuan na nga kayo dami pang angal.

  8. Mas maganda kung ang ang ampalya di pinipiga kc nawawala ang kulay at ang pagiging juicy nito..para cguro hindi cxa,masyadong mapait bumili ng sariwq na ampalaya..at sa,pagluluto lagyan,ng maraming kamatis..
