Grilled Sandwich Recipe – Veg Grilled Cheese Sandwich by Lata’s Kitchen – Grilled Paneer Sandwich


[UltraVid id=68 ]Namaste, I’m Lata Jain, Welcome to Lata’s Kitchen Grilled sandwich is a very tasty and quick to make snack recipe for breakfast Today I’m going to make grilled sandwich, lets see the ingredients required for making it For this we’ll need White / Brown Bread – 8 slices Capsicum – 1, medium sized, chopped Cottage Cheese – 100 gm, diced Tomato – 1 medium sized, chopped Mozzarella pizza cheese – 50 gm, grated (you can directly grate while making sandwiches) Tomato Ketchup – 1 1/2 tbsp Green Chillt Sauce – 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp Salt – less than 1/2 tsp, adjust to taste Butter – 25 gm Lets start making it Take cottage cheese, tomatoes and capsicum in a large bowl You can add any vegetable of your choice Add black pepper powder, salt, tomato ketchup and chilly suace You can adjust the quantity of chilly sauce if you want it more spicy Mix all ingredients Filling is ready Apply some butter over one side of each bread slice We have applied butter over all slices Some butter is still left I’m using an electric toaster for grilling these sandwiches Lets fill the sandwiches with filling while our toaster is getting heated Put the filling on the side where we haven’t applied the butter Similarly put the filling on other bread slices Now put some mozzarella cheese over it You can also directly grate this cheese over it Toaster is heated , now put these sandwiches in it Let them grill till they are golden brown In meanwhile prepare other sandwiches Sandwiches are ready, lets take them out into a plate Cut them into halves Grilled sandwiches are ready, you can serve them with tomato ketchup and potato chips Grilled sandwiches are ready. They are very crispy and tasty. You can serve it in breakfast with tomato sauce or any other chutney/sauce of your choice You can have them for a light meal or pack it in tiffin for kids Thanks for watching grilled sandwich
