So in my previous low calorie video, Jacqueline wrote a comment saying that the recipes look great but seem complicated and that she would love to see a similar video with simple recipes Jacqueline

I am at your service

Hi guys In this video I'll be sharing a full day of meals that are high in volume but low in calories In addition to that, each recipe takes less than 10 to 15 minutes of actual work to prepare, so I guess all in all you could call them "low effort low calorie high volume" recipes Each recipe amounts to roughly around 500 calories, with a slight skew towards breakfast and lunch being higher in calories compared to dinner The calories are intentionally designed to be front-loaded in the earlier parts of the day due to the best available scientific evidence of its positive effects on weight loss

Let's take a look at the nutritional breakdown here These meals were formulated based off the daily 2000 calorie requirements for weight maintenence of a sedentary male A full day of eating according to the recipes provided in this video amounts to 1500 calories which is a 500 calorie deficit It's important to note that despite being in a calorie deficit, the total nutritional value represented by all the meals in this video amounts to 100% or more of the Recommended Daily Intake for essential vitamins and minerals But having said this, there are a couple of exceptions

The first is Vitamin D which should ideally be obtained from sun exposure The other exception is Omega 6 It was pretty challenging trying to meet the RDI for omega 6 since it is a nutrient that is concentrated in high fat foods which are very calorie-dense Adding more omega 6 rich foods would displace other foods that are important to hitting the RDI for other nutrients So yeah, I decided to just settle for this amount of omega 6 for this day of eating

Anyways, let's get right into the recipes
