  1. I just buy a ribeye, put olive oil. Then after it’s seared on all side for a bit I put butter, thyme and garlic. I cook till medium and it’s amazing. No need for another steak

  2. I ate a ribeye steak yesterday in a Philly cheesesteak and it was $16.00. I don't know why people think it's so expensive.

  3. My issue is that when I have the steak wait for 5 minutes after cooking, and then slice it, by the time I have it on my plate and take the first bite the meat is luke-warm. I prefer my meat a bit warmer when I eat it.
