How to Cook Afghani Kabli Plao | The Flavor



Ingredients Add 5 cups water add 4 lamb shank add 7 small piece of Garlic and small slices of Ginger then add 1 teaspoon salt , and put it on high flame for 15 minutes 2 small sinnamon, black pepper 10 seeds, small cardamom 15 seeds, white cumin seeds 1 tablespoon, black cardamom 20 seeds grind it well together

half cup corn oil add one big onion and cook it till its turn to golden brown add cooked lamb shank in it then cook it for 10 minutes add lambshank stock in it and leave it for 5 minutes on medium flame now add 1kg Rice in it cover it and leave it until water gets dry now add the 1 and half tablespoon masala in it, that we grinded before and mix it after that, dont forget to taste the salt now cover it with foil and put a lead on it on low flame for 15 minutes two tablespoon oil then add two carrots with Julienne cut, add 1 tablespoon sugar Add raisins (Kishmish) and almonds (badam) then cook it for 3 minutes now mix the rice and put all garnished in it , then serve it here is your Afghani Kabli Plao
