How to cook Aloo Gosht (Eid Special ) | By the Flavor



Ingredients add half cup cooking oil 1 medium size Onion cook it until its turn to light Golden color add 4 Garlic pieces when it turn to golden brown then add 4 cups of water

add half Kg mutton in it 1 teaspoon salt ( or according to your taste ) 1 teaspoon red chilli powder with 1/4 Turmeric powder now mix it well close the lead and then give 12 minutes now the mutton is soft cooked now put it in to wide pan like this and cook it until water dry now you can see oil and then add 1 small tomato add 1 tablespoon ginger then add green chillies now mix it well then cover it for 5 minutes now cook it for 5 minutes , add lil water then cook, repeat it for 3 times for 15 minutes , for every 5 minutes add 5 potatoes and cook it for 2 minutes again, add 2 and half cups of water then cover with its lead and wait until potatoes cooked check the patoes if its cooked, if not then put the cover back on Its cooked now add fresh coriander 1, half teaspoon garam masala and done Server with your heart
