How To Cook Fish Cutlet 👉 Easy Fish Cutlets Recipe Must See!

In today's vlog let's see how to prepare fish cutlet This is one of the healthiest dish and it's easy to do in short span of time Let's get into the kitchen for our preparation The ingredients required to prepare the fish cutlets are Today I have taken sherry fish 4 to 5 pieces for sherry fish without head Make it into small pieces

4 to 5 tsp of cooking oil Well cooked smashed boiled potato 1 no 1 no of big onion sliced to small pieces Salt as per required 1 hand full of mint leafs and coriander leaves 2 set of curry leaves 3 no of green chilly 1 1/2 tsp Red chilly powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp cumin seeds & 1/2 tsp of pepper powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 4 slices of un toasted breads 2 eggs First, to prepare the cutlet we need to cook the fish To cook the fish pour 1/2 cup of water and cook it

Add salt as per your taste and add little amount of pepper powder Now the fish cooked very well, lets remove it from the water Once the heat reduce remove the fish thorns/bones from it, And make it into small pieces Make it into small pieces Now, let's prepare cutlet Add 1 tsp of oil in a fry pan

Once the oil heated add 1 tsp of cumin seeds Now add the chopped big onion Onion need to be cooked little bit To reduce the cooking time of onion we can add little amount of salt In this stage, let's add the 1 1/2 tsp Red Chilly powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp pepper powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder Mix it well

In this stage, add the cooked potato Then add the fish as well Now add the curry leaves, mint leaves, coriander leaves and green chilly And mix it well Add salt as per your required taste Mix it well once again after adding the salt Now turn of the gas and once the heat reduced we need to proceed with further steps

Now the heat has reduced in our mixture Now you will get this thickness which required to make the fish cutlet Using our mixer grinder, In this time let's prepare the Bread crumbs powder Out bread crumbs and eggs are ready Apply little oil to avoid the mixture sticking to our hand

Take a small size of the ball and make it flatten in this shape Then dip in the egg Right after that put it in bread crumbs and spread across the cutlet Make sure to prepare all the cutlets before starting with frying All the cutlets are ready let's start with the remaining process Add 2 to 3 tsp of cooking oil

We don't need to dip the whole cutlet in oil, just it need to dip half the size of it Now the oil has heated, keep the flame in low (simmer) and add the cutlet one by one All the cutlets are added to the fry pan, once the color started to change we need to change the side of the cutlet The colors are started to change in the other side, let's turn the next side to cook All the cutlets are turned to cook, wait for 5 more minutes

See now our cutlets are ready Both the sides are turned and it's prepared as expected Now let's transfer to the plate Our fish cutlet is ready to consume Add little tomato ketchup to give you more delicious taste
