How to Cook and Eat Garlic Bihon
3/4 lb bihon noodles
1 piece Knorr Chicken Cube
8 ounces chicken
1 1/4 cups green onion, chopped
1 cup carrot, Julienne
1 piece onion, chopped
1 head garlic, crushed and chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
3 tablespoons annatto seeds
4 cups water
Fish sauce and ground black pepper to taste

  3. i like your show kaya lang masyadong mabagal ang phasing. at dami mong sinasabi masyado detalyado pati pagkuha ng sandok etc. Just sat… saute garlic until golden brown… bilisan mo ng kaunti, walang time manood at makinig ng litanya… derecho sa point.,

  4. Hi chef Vanjo! Pwede bang i-freeze ang stock tapos gamitin mga 2 days after, para yung bihon, green onions, at carrots nalang ang idagdag?
