How to cook paneer posto | Paneer Posto | Bengali Style Cooking



Today I am going to make my post for this ingredients needed as you can I have fried paneer slightly red needed posto (khus khus), cashew nut and chili grind the in grinder turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, red chili paste fine chopped tomato, fine chopped onion two green chili bay leaf green cardamom, cinnamon and kasuri metthi oil is heated adding bay leaf, cinnamon, green cardamom stirring little adding chopped onion little salt turmeric powder adding halder powder so it will be cooked well and raw smell will go away adding some ginger garlic paste one and a half teaspoon stir it well raw smell of species will go away adding some red chili paste and adding some chopped tomato adding some water onions are now fried Now putting paste of posto (khus khus), cashew nut and green chili posto not need be cooked more, cook maximum 5 to 10 min as you can see oil is different adding some more water stirring it well as you can see now i will put paneer in this stirring it well adding some more water and keeping this covered adding a pinch of sugar for taste only adding some more salt as i have used only a pinch of salt keeping this covered for 2-3 mins keeping gas in low flame 3 min is over, removing the cover now adding green chili my cooking is done adding kasuri methi after adding the cover to cover this cover putting of the gas flame my paneer is ready to be served very simple recipe If you like my recipe then please do not forget to like, share and subscribe, thanks
