  1. I'm Asian, and I swear by a good steam fish… until today lol. This has been the most exciting fish recipe ever. Packed with such rich, rustic flavours and what a feast it was for the eyes too! The herb infused oil is a treasure. Could not get enough of the veggies! Simply heavenly. Will put more veggies next time. Added shallots into the oil and the fragrance was superb. The lemony sauce added such a lift to the palate! I could smell the aroma and tanginess with each bite of the fish. 600g Snapper, wiped clean by my wife and I. There was a spoonful of the heavenly oil left and I struggled so hard whether to gulp it down with some rice. Had to let it go.. too stuffed. First attempt in grilling a Snapper and thank God I chanced upon your channel! Thank you so much!!

  2. I tried this and I’ve never been someone who was very keen on peppers but this recipe actually changed my mind about peppers. No joke, I don’t even put them in my stews even if every Kenyan recipe seems to have them. The fish came out perfect, I even took photos. Next time, I’ll pair it with ugali, sukuma wiki and some kachumbari. Great recipe from a Kenyan viewer, I just know this will be heaven with ugali.

  3. I made this recipe for dinner tonight and it was so tasty and delicious. For tthis I give you a 10, and subscribed to your channel. Yours is by far the best fish I've ever made. Thank you so much for sharing.

  4. So legitimate question, I didn’t pay attention to how much you said your fish weighs and I bought a snapper twice as large (lol I need to work on making too much). Would you just double everything? I don’t want to overcook, but how should I adjust the cooking time for a larger fish?

  6. Thank you soo much for this recipe! When I tell you…this right here is banging!! I have made it a couple times now and my family loves it! Really nice and flavorful!

  7. We cooked a whole red snapper, in this fashion, for the first time last night and it came out amazing. We had never cooked something like this before so it was slightly intimidating, but OMG it came out so good, light, flaky and delicate. We now have a new dish to add to our meals. <3
