Indian style, Spicy Tawa Gosht Recipe / Restaurant Style – English Subtitle

The ingredients we need are Oil – 1 Tbsp Boneless Mutton – 400 gms Pure Ghee – 2 Tbsp Ginger – Garlic paste – 1 Tbsp Red Chilli powder – 2 Tsp Coriander powder – 1 Tsp Cumin powder – 1 Tsp Garam masala powder – 1 Tsp Turmeric powder – 1/2 Tsp Salt to taste Lemon juice of half lime Fried Brown Onions – 2 Crushed Ginger – 1 Tsp Crushed garlic – 1 Tsp Cumin seeds – 1 Tsp Royal cumin seeds – 1 Tsp Green Chillies – 3 Curry leaves – 8 to 10 Nutmeg powder – 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder – 1/4 Tsp Coriander leaves Mint Leaves First, we will cut mutton pieces in small size Take a pressure cooker and add oil Add Ginger – garlic paste and mutton pieces Mix well and saute for 2 minutes Red Chilli powder Coriander powder Cumin powder Garam masala powder Turmeric powder lemon juice Mix well Now add fried brown Onion Coriander leaves Mint leaves Mix well Salt as per taste Once again mix well Now add half cup of water Close the lid of pressure cooker and pressure cook until 4 whistles After 4 whistles Mutton is cooked now Now it's time for tempering the Mutton Take pure ghee on Tava Crushed Garlic Crushed Ginger Saute until golden brown shade appear Cumin seeds Royal cumin seeds Green chillies Saute for a minute Curry leaves Now add pressure cooked Mutton Mix well all ingredients Close the lid and cook for 5 minutes on low medium flame Now add nutmeg and cardamom powder Finely chopped coriander leaves Mix well The mouthwatering Tawa gosht is ready to serve
