Jalebi making recipe Just like Halwai style taste and texture Jalebi batter should be prepared before 2 days take a cup of all purpose flour and mix well with sufficient water just like dosa batter consistency mix well without any lumps cover it with lid and keep a side for 2 days for fermentation Batter ready for preparation add some food color and mix well preparation of sugar syrup Take a thick and wide pan add 2 cups of sugar add 1 cup water add some lemon juice ( half lemon) Lemon makes the jalebi juicy and wet add batter to a conical foil or a plastic cover cut a little opening at the edge heat the oil at high flame Pour the batter in circular motion Dip the fried jalebi in sugar syrup for 10 sec and place it in a plate
