Welcome to Pot to Plates Kitchen I am going to show how to make delicious Jangiri Soak 1 cup Black Gram Sabut in water for 4 hours After soaked for 4 hours, add little bit of water and grind it well to make a thick batter Add 1 tbsp corn flour, 1 tbsp rice flour and red food colour( mixed in water) to this and mix it well while making the batter , make sure adding less water and let the batter be thick( as shown in the video) Now make the sugar syrup Take 1

5 cup sugar and mix 3/4 cup of water and heat it till you get the half string consistency(as shown in video) Once you get the half string consistency, mix 1/2 lemon juice to this Grind 4 or 5 cardamom into powder and mix it with the sugar syrup Add 2 tbsp ghee to this and mix it well Fill the batter in Piping bag, Add oil to the heated pan and make the jangiri keep it in medium flame First make one circle, on top of it make small circles with the batter ( as shown in video) if you are not getting the proper shape, make mini Jangiris Make sure both sides fried well Once its fried well, soak it in sugar syrup for 3-4 mins Don't soak it in sugar syrup for more time, that will spoil the taste of jangiri In the soaking time, will show how to make mini Jangiris Just make 3 circles continuously with the batter, Children like mini jangiris more Delicious Jangiri is ready, you too try this recipe at home it's very simple to make and very tasty too Give your suggestion and feedback to me if you like the recipe ,subscribe to pot to plates kitchen for more recipes and videos
