transfer wheat and barley into a pressure cooker add turmeric powder and salt, add 2-25 liter of water cover the lid bring one pressure on high heat then simmer the heat and cook it for 30 min transfer all pulses into a pressure cooker add 1

25 liter of water, add turmeric powder and salt as well bring one pressure on high heat, simmer the flame and cook it for 10 min release the pressure naturally, mash it with a masher mash wheat and barley very nicely for 4-5 min transfer wheat, barley and pulses into a big vessel mix well and keep it aside heat 1 cup of oil into a pressure cooker, once its heats up add onions and fry it till it turn golden in color add ginger garlic paste and all powdered spices ,fry it well till rawness goes away add in mutton ito this and fry it well for 8-10 min add 4 cups ( 800 ml ) of water cover the lid and cook it for 20-25 min release the pressure naturally and mash it with a masher to shred the mutton pieces and transfer the mutton korma into the same vessel in which we had transferred wheat and pulses you can adjust the consistency by adding hot water turn on the flame and cook it slowly for 20-25 min add garam masala powder and chat masala powder as well adjust the seasoning as per your taste for tadka heat 1/2 cup and fry 2 onions into this transfer this tadka into the daleem garnish it with Julian ginger, coriander leaves and green chilies
