Cooking with Bosch Korean Seafood Stew Chop 20g of Spring Onions Slice 1/2 Large White Onion Cut 100g of Chinese Napa Cabbage into strips Peel and Cut 150g of Daikon Radish into thick slices Peel and Cut 150g of Carrots into thick slices Slice 50g of Leeks Cut 200g of Fresh Squid into Rings Cut 200g of White Fish Fillet into 2cm Strips Deshell 8 Fresh Prawns Add 15g of Garlic to the MaxoMixx Hand Blender Blend till finely chopped Blend 10g of Ginger separately until finely chopped In a medium-heated pot, add 100ml of Cooking Oil Add 12 Littleneck Clams 12 Green Mussels Cover with lid and cook for 3 to 5 Minutes Remove Clams and Mussels In the same pot, add Sliced White Onions Sliced Leeks 1 Tablespoon of Korean Fermented Bean Paste 1 Tablespoon of Korean Spicy Bean Paste Fry to mix evenly Add Sliced Daikon Radish Sliced Carrots Chopped Ginger Chopped Garlic 30g of Fresh Bean Sprouts 80g of Rehydrated Shiitake Mushrooms Sliced Napa Cabbage 1/2 Tablespoon of Korean Chilli Powder Lightly Fy Add in Chopped Spring Onions 800ml of Clam Stock 2 Tablespoons of Sesame Oil Bring to a boil Beat 2 Eggs Add Beaten Eggs into Stew Add White Fish Fillet Strips Deshelled Prawns Cook for 6 Minutes Add Squid Rings Clams and Mussels 2 Tablespoons of Fish Sauce Season with Pepper Once all ingredients are well cooked, serve while hot Enjoy with Side Dishes and Rice Korean Seafood Stew – Serves 4
