Heat the pan and add ghee 15 tsp Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp Urad dal- 1/2 tsp Bengal gram – 1/2 tsp Curry leaves Finely chopped Onion- 1 medium size Splitted green chilli – 2 Salt- Required Carrot- 3 tbsp Beans-3 tbsp Capsicum-3 tbsp Ginger paste- 1/2 tsp or finely chopped ginger- 1/2 tsp Turmeric – 1/2 tsp Water – 5 glasses(For measurement, i have used a small glass which is shown in foxtail millet rice/Korralu annam) Adjust the salt Close the lid and allow it to boil for about 5 min on medium flame Chopped tomatoes- 1 Close the lid and boil them for 3 more minutes Korralu (Foxtail millets) – 1

5 glass (Wash them with plain water for 2 times) Close the lid and put the flame to low-medium then allow it to cook for 15-20 min till no moisture is there Serve it hot with your favorite chutney
