Hello Friends Welcome to Annai Samayal Channel Today we are going to make Red Poha Kesari Poha Sweet Pongal and Red Poha Payasam Lets Make Red Poha Payasam Water as Needed Jaggery – 1/2 Cup Jaggery is disolved in water and Filter it and Keep aside Ghee as Needed Cashewnuts Black Raisin Its Roasted now and Keep Aside Red Poha – 1/2 Cup Saute well for One Minute Water – 1 Cup Grind POha – 1 Tbls and Three Almonds in a Mixer Grinder and Add it Wait till Poha gets Cooked Now the Poha is cooked well Add the Jaggery Syrup Water – 1/4 Cup Cardamom – 1/4 Tsp Roasted Cashewnuts and Almonds Switch off the Stove and add Coconut Milk – 1/2 Cup Keep the Payasam in Pot for One Minute Red Poha Kheer is Ready Lets Prepare Aval Sweet Pongal Moong Dhal – 1/4 Cup Roast till You get good aroma Its Roasted Now Add the washed Moong Dhal in a Pressure Cooker Water – 3/4 Cup Close the Pressure Cooker and Cook it for Two Whistle Now the Moong Dhal is Cooked well and Keep aside Poha – 1 Cup Water – 2 Cup Wait Till Poha gets Cooked well Now the Poha is Cooked well Add the Cooked Moong Dhal Mix well Ghee – 1 Tbsp Jaggery Syrup – 1 Cup Mix well Keep it in Low flame for Two Minutes Crush the Cardamom – 3 Roasted Cashewnuts and Almonds Ghee – 3 Tbls Aval Sweet Pongal is Ready Ghee as Needed in a Pan Cashewnuts Black Raisin Roasted well and Keep aside Add Red Poha – 1 Cup Roast it You may also use White Poha Grind it Coarsely in a Mixer Grinder Water – 2 Cup Now Poha is Cooked well Brown Sugar Mix well Crushed Cardamom – 3 Roasted Cashewnuts and Raisins Ghee – 2 Tbsp Serve Poha Kesari Kindly try this Red Poha Kheer Aval Sweet Pongal Poha Kesri and Give your comments and Share the Recipe with your Friends and Family Kindly Subscribe Annai Samayal Channel and Thank You
