Namaskar, welcome to food species Today's recipe mango rabdi Let's start the recipe Boil 1 ½ litre milk Boil milk in slow flame Boil milk in slow flame Stir it continuously Add 3 tbsp sugar The process of making rabdi is very easy but it takes some more time for making it Boil milk in slow medium or slow flame Stir it continuously Now milk become thick It is the right consistency for making rabdi Now close the flame and cool it 4 mango pulp We will blend 3 mango and use one mango pulp for garnish rabdi Take mango pulp in a blender jar Blend it and make a smooth paste Pour mango pulp in a pan Add 2 tbsp sugar in it Cook mango pulp You can add sugar as per your taste We can make mango rabri in two method direct add mango pulp with rabdi in 1st method This recipe is the second method for making mango rabdi Cook mango pulp in slow medium flame Always fresh mango pulp is better than frozen mango pulp Now mango pulp become thick So close the flame and cool it After comes to room temperature at rabdi in mango pulp Mix it properly We can make varieties of sweet with mango pulp Add dry fruits ½ tsp green cardamom powder Mix all ingredients properly You can add dry fruits as per your taste Pour it in a bowl for serving Garnish with dry fruits and mango pieces Mongo rabdi is ready for serving
