On this video, we'll show you how to make this bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich That's egg on the top, egg on the bottom, and egg in the middle, smothered with cheese and bacon! Also on this video, we'll show you how to make this delicious omelet that you see on your screen, in your microwave! And for those folks who like poached eggs, we'll show you how to make perfect poached eggs in your microwave, in about 90 seconds! Hi folks, welcome to Kitchen Tips Online

The YouTube channel where you can learn new and innovative ways to do things in the kitchen And if this is your first time here, well I invite you to have a look around, check out some of our other videos, and consider subscribing Please remember if you do subscribe to ring the bell, so that Google will send you notifications when we post a new video This video is a follow-up to the video where we showed you how to cook sunny-side up eggs, or even over easy eggs and bacon, in your microwave, in about five minutes And also how to cook delicious perfect scrambled eggs

in about 5 minutes And for those of you who haven't seen that video, we'll put a link to that video at the end of this video For all you Toby, fans be advised, that he will be making an appearance later in this video The easiest way to cook poached eggs in your microwave is to bring 1 cup of water to a boil Now the time is going to vary depending on how powerful your microwave is

These Pyrex measuring cups are perfect because the handle does not get hot Notice the water is actually boiling We're gonna drop the egg in there and then put it back in the microwave for about 30 seconds You'll have to adjust the amount of time based on how powerful your microwave is and whether or not you like super runny eggs Now the last thing you want to do is break the yolk as you retrieve the egg from the boiling water

Let me show you a very simple and easy way to do that Instead of using a spoon, trying to scoop out the egg, we'll just pour the egg on to a plate, and lean it over so that the water will run into a bowl in this case here But normally this is something you would do over the sink Well let the water run off the plate and leave the egg behind Then we can just slide the egg right onto the toast

If you like poached eggs, now you know how to cook the eggs almost faster than you can cook the toast! Now let me show you how to make this delicious omelette in your microwave We're gonna include spinach, some mushrooms, some sweet bell peppers, and some onion Check this out, the easiest way to cut mushrooms is to use your egg slicer They will be uniform in size, and you can cut them in almost no time Here's your question of the day folks

Do you wash your mushrooms before you eat them? And if not why? Please let me know your answer in the comment section We're gonna use this very cool microwave omelet maker, but one thing I want you to take note of is, that one side is deeper than the other side, that's the bottom You can see the lip on the side where it's taller than the other side Will use this Pyrex measuring container to mix everything up because it makes pouring the mixture into the mold much easier We're gonna add 6 tablespoons of this Mexican cheese blend, to 5 eggs

Now you can add as much cheese as you like, but my belief is if you are making a spinach, and mushroom egg omelet, you can't have too much cheese! In this bowl we have some chopped up bell pepper, some chopped up red onion, some chopped up spinach, and the mushrooms Will add some butter to this mixture, and then put it in the microwave for about 45 seconds to precook it After the vegetables have been cooked, we'll pour it into the egg mixture along with some salt, and pepper, and mix everything up And before you mix everything up, you should add your hot sauce like sriracha sauce, if that's your thing We used five eggs to make this video, but the reality is you only need 4

Oherwise you'll have some left over egg Next we'll go ahead and pour this mixture into the mold You don't need any spray, any butter, or any oil And keep in mind that you want to pour it into the thicker side, that's the bottom Before I show you how to set the control to cook these eggs in your microwave, I want to let you know that we have this omelet cooker available on our Amazon affiliate store

We'll put a link to our amazon affiliate store in the video description so you can get one, thanks guys Now to cook this omelet in your microwave, you should use a maximum of 30% power 30% power happens to be the power level for defrost If you have a defrost button, you can use that and set the time How much time? Well it depends on the power, and the age of your microwave

So unless you are cooking a poached egg, like we showed you earlier in this video, whenever you are cooking an omelet in your microwave, you should never ever exceed 30% of the power I recommend starting out with 30% power, for 5 minutes Then check it to see if it's ready to be flipped over Once the mixture has turned from a liquid to a solid, flip the mold over and finish cooking it, for 30 seconds on 30% power Your time is most likely going to vary, but the way to check the omelet to verify that it's cooked, is to use a toothpick and insert it into a couple of spots to verify that it's fully cooked

This 4 egg omelet will certainly be enough for at least two people Let's slice it open and have a peek inside mm-hmm, I assure you it is as delicious as it looks! Now let me show you how to make this egg, on egg with an egg inside, sandwich We'll start by adding 4 eggs to this Pyrex measuring cup, because once again it makes it easier to pour We're gonna add 6 tablespoons of this Mexican blend cheese

Although that seems like a lot of cheese, keep in mind that we're using this cheese as a binder to hold the egg together We need it to be firm because it is replacing the bread for our sandwich We're also going to bump up the flavor of this sandwich by adding some bacon salt Now be CAREFUL with this bacon salt, a little bit goes a long way, and you can definitely easily overdo it! We're gonna add 1/8 of a teaspoon Then we're gonna mix everything together, but what I want you to notice is that we're not using any milk or half and half, it's not necessary

We did a comparison of microwave egg cookers, and the ones that you see on your screen came out on top We'll show you the egg cooker that came in second place, when we do the egg whites for the center But whatever egg cooker you use, you need to spray some Pam in the bottom We'll fill both of these up with equal amounts, and put them in our microwave on 30% power DO NOT try to cook them on high power

Cooking these eggs on high power is equivalent to watering your house plant with a fire hose The amount of time that you will have to use on your microwave depends on its power, and its age We cooked these in my microwave on 30% power, for 4 minutes While the outside part of our egg sandwich is cooking in the microwave, we'll get the inside part ready We're gonna use egg whites and remove remove the egg yolks

Check this out, this is the easiest way to remove egg yolk! We're not going to add seasoning to our egg whites, we're just going to pour them right into the mold, and put them in the microwave, on 30% power until they are completely cooked We're gonna add some bacon to our sandwich that we cooked in the microwave And for those who haven't seen that video, we'll put a link in the video description so you can check it out Now that our eggs have finished cooking, we can start to assemble our egg sandwich Now the reason that we like this particular egg cooker the best is that you can snap the bottom off

Being able to snap the bottom off makes it easier to remove the cooked egg Although you can see, it's not that hard to remove the egg from this other egg cooker We're gonna add two slices of cheese, and three slices of bacon Talk about your low carb breakfast sandwich! Although I don't even want to imagine the amount of calories in this sandwich! If you think you have an idea how many calories, let me know in the comment section For those who stuck around to see Toby, here he is pretending he's a retriever

Thanks for watching ♥ Buddy what you get? A stick?
