Quarantine Experience This is my video shoot that started again 3 months later Been to Chennai and was there in the Lockdown period and recently reached Bangalore

Now we are in the 14 days of Home Quarantine Period During this period managing ingredients with what we have at home Today I am making Quarantine Chutney Horsegram 1/2 Cup, Urad dal 1 Tbsp, Oil, Onion 1/25, Garlic 10 pods, Chillies 4, Tamarind, Pepper, Jeera, Hing During this period to increase immunization and avoid infection, we added Garlic, Ginger, Pepper, Jeera, Horsegram and healthy items Dry roast Horsegram (clean Horsegram) In the sam kadai add oil, saute Hing and keep aside, add, Urad Dal, Jeera, Pepper, Garlicand saute AddOnion, Tamarind and saute for a while Adding Tomato and Shredded Coconut is optional Here i havenot added Let this cool for sometimeAdd Horsegram, Hing and sauteed items and a paste to Grind
