Hi Welcome Friends In Raghav'scookery, today we are going to cook Mushroom pepper fry This is a very spicy pepper fry It goes well for rasam, curd rice and many recipes We are going to add capsicum along with mushroom Let's start doing i First we will prepare a simple masala Dry roast 2 tsp peppercorns and 1 tsp fennel seeds You can directly crush without frying it in oil But roasting in oil gives an enhanced flavor to the recipe Cool completely and crush it Dont crush it finely, make it little coarse Heat some oil in a pan Once oil becomes hot, add finely chopped ginger and finely chopped garlic and mix Add some curry leaves Next goes in onions, No need to brown the onions Add mushroom after few minutes To this add capsicum and add required salt Mix it well Instead of adding mushroom alone, add capsicum for an enhanced taste No need to add water since mushroom leaves water Now cook covered for 5 to 8 minutes Mushroom and capsicum should shrink and change its color Then only this recipe tastes good Once mushroom and capsicum has shrink well in its size, add the crushed masala Add masala based on your spice level As we are not going to add any other spice powders Mix it well This is a very simple recipe But the taste will compete with non veg fries Saute for a couple of minutes and switch off the flame Aaha, our mushroom pepper fry is ready We can use this for stuffing in chapati and bread Friends, do try this recipe and tell me COOK AND ENJOY!!!
